In accordance with the work requirements of the Ministry of justice, the Department of justice of Henan Province has made a unified deployment for the education activities of "honest service, standardized practice and risk prevention". Henan Qianjin law firm actively responded to the call and carried out a special education and learning activity of "honest service, standardized practice and risk prevention" discipline style from May 26 to May 28 in accordance with the deployment of the Provincial Department of justice and the Law Association.

Director Chen Jin participated in and presided over the study of the law of the people's Republic of China on lawyers, the measures for the administration of law firms, the measures for the administration of lawyers' practice, the code of conduct for lawyers' practice (for Trial Implementation) and the code of conduct for the promotion of lawyers' business (for Trial Implementation). Meanwhile, he carefully studied various rules and regulations (the annual assessment system for lawyers' practice and the conflict of interests in practice) Review system, practice management system, business file management system, complaint investigation and handling system, charge and financial management system) are reiterated. It is required that the practice of lawyers in the whole firm must be in four words: integrity and standardization. Director Chen Jin stressed that these four words are the minimum requirements for lawyer practice and the bottom line requirements for lawyer practice.

Through this activity, the lawyers of the whole firm realized that only when the integrity is standardized can the risk of practice be effectively prevented.
